Job Description: Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mainframe Operations Specialist to join our onsite team. This role is responsible for monitoring client batch processing on mainframe systems, overseeing ad hoc requests and temporary schedule changes, and executing one-shot jobs. The position also includes providing support for mainframe system software upgrades through IPLs, and serving as backup support for AS400 tape requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mainframe environments, be responsive to dynamic operational needs, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
