Overview:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Account Specialist. This role will primarily focus on managing the administrative and invoicing process of Advertisers in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Mexican invoicing regulations and possess excellent communication skills to effectively support our clients.

Responsibilities:
Invoicing Management:
Resolve any client invoicing issues post invoice generation. Manage already generated invoices for clients in accordance with Mexican taxation regulations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all invoices, including proper documentation. Ensure that invoices match client spend and upload these invoices to client portals.
Handle invoice reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation for audit purposes.
Help build scalable invoicing solutions for our advertisers


Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with advertisers, providing exceptional service and support.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Legal, to streamline processes and resolve issues and to guarantee that all invoices are correctly uploaded on external and internal portals.
Serve as the main point of contact for advertisers regarding invoicing and billing inquiries, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
Client onboarding and administration:
Act as the liaison between different internal and external departments (legal, tax, procurement, etc) to ensure client and Uber is properly onboarded in the required systems.
Doc collection and checks to ensure we have all required documents and processes to be onboarded with clients.
Own the end-to-end client onboarding process.
Ensure documentation is up to date with different internal teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoicing, accounting, or related roles, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
Good knowledge of Mexican taxation laws and regulations related to invoicing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing invoicing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with advertisers and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., facturify).
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently and collaboratively.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
