Unit Turn / Make-Ready Technician – Day Shift

We are looking for a hands-on
Unit Turn / Make-Ready Technician for a
stable, full-time position with 40 hours per week. This is not temporary or seasonal work.
This is primarily a
painting and make-ready position. You will own the unit turn from start to finish, including:
- Interior painting, drywall patching and wall preparation
- Completing punch-list and handyman repairs
- Basic appliance troubleshooting
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Testing fixtures, appliances, smoke/CO detectors and HVAC
- Final cleaning and quality checks
- Keeping vacant units on schedule and move-in ready
What We're Looking For
- Residential painting experience required
- Make-ready/apartment turn experience preferred
- Basic handyman, plumbing and electrical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license
