    Job Summary: First level management for the sales field; assist with the operations of the sales unit and focus on the recruitment and field development of sales agents to achieve established goals and objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: • Recruit and develop talented sales agents, reflecting equal opportunity guidelines. • Develop and manage sales activities. • Assure that Marketing Action Plan goals are met by all agents in the unit. • Continue unit agent development by utilizing in office product training and encouraging enrollment in industry sponsored education. • Recruit, select, and train all unit agents; develop a consistent flow of qualified applicants to the position of sales agents with the best potential for future success.
