Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience 5+ years of experience in thermal processing, incineration, metals refining, or a similar industrial environment Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations Strong knowledge of industrial safety and environmental compliance High-temperature processing equipment experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a hands-on plant environment.

    Sibanye-Stillwater is looking for an experienced, hands-on Unit Manager, Thermal TRD - Thermal Reduction to lead thermal processing and incineration operations at our precious metals recycling and refining facility in Fairless Hills, PA.

    This is an opportunity for a strong operations leader to make a direct impact on safety, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement while working alongside Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Safety teams.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
