    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN/RN Unit Manager to help lead our nursing team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.     Duties

    • Mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practices.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
    • Conduct regular assessments of patient care quality and implement improvements as needed.
    • Facilitate training and development programs for nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Maintain accurate medical documentation and oversee the management of medical records.
    • Participate in utilization review processes to optimize resource allocation and patient outcomes.
    • Address patient concerns and complaints promptly, fostering a culture of safety and quality.

    Experience
    Candidates should have a robust background in various nursing specialties, including but not limited to:

    • Long-term care experience (nursing home, assisted living)
    • Dialysis, IV infusion, catheterization, phlebotomy
    • Experience with EMR systems (PCC)
    • Experience in skilled nursing
    • Knowledge of geriatrics and behavioral health
    • Supervisory experience within a healthcare environment

    The ideal candidate will also demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, infection control practices, and basic life support.
