No restaurant experience is required. A 3-month paid training program and ongoing personal and career development prepare you for a career as a restaurant manager as well as multi-unit leadership roles.

Career Path

1. Restaurant Manager: $58,000 to $65,000 (plus continuous service bonuses)
2. District Manager (2-3 restaurants): average time to promotion 3-5 years
3. Division Manager (6-9 restaurants): average time to promotion 5-7 years
