Schedule: Evening Shift | Monday - Friday 3:00p - 11:00a

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Create a welcoming experience: Greet patients and visitors, and manage communication flows to ensure a positive and professional first impression for everyone entering the clinical area.
• Coordinate timely care: Schedule patient appointments and facilitate seamless communication between patients, families, and the clinical team to support efficient, patient-centered care.
• Maintain clinical accuracy: Assist clinicians with electronic order entry, patient transfers, and discharges, ensuring all patient charts are accurate and up-to-date to support quality care.
• Support operational efficiency: Manage staff schedules, meeting logistics, and timekeeping records, ensuring the clinical team remains organized and focused on patient needs.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need:

• Prior Clerical Experience Preferred
