 Our team is currently hiring part and full time Parking Ambassadors for a variety of locations. Responsibilities

• Greet all guests upon both arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner with a smile and while making direct eye contact
• Exemplify the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining uniform and appearance standards, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner and thanking each customer at the end of each interaction
•  Assist customers with their transaction processing either through credit card or validation using facility equipment in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Being knowledgeable about the surrounding area including but not limited to directions to highways, facility attractions, etc. in order to provide customers with detailed and accurate assistance
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times including but not limited to picking up

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
• Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.

Seasonal Role

This is a seasonal, part-time position at our Union Station location running from November 1 through December 30. This role is perfect for someone looking for extra work during the holiday season and who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment. Employees will support our team during Union Station’s busy holiday season and should be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

• $16.25 per hour
