Union Payroll Specialist | 100% REMOTE | $70,000–$75,000
If you have hands-on experience processing union payroll and understand the reporting that comes with multiple unions, benefit plans, and state requirements, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a specialized payroll function in a fully remote environment.
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: $70,000–$75,000
What You’ll Be Doing
- Process union payroll accurately and on schedule
- Handle union labor and benefit reporting requirements
- Manage multi-state payroll and related benefit reporting
- Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Coordinate reporting and payments across multiple unions and benefit plans
- Ensure payroll practices remain compliant with applicable union agreements and reporting requirements
- Support payroll-related audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience processing union payroll
- Experience with union benefit and labor reporting
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting requirements
- Experience supporting multiple unions and benefit plans
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines independently
