Description

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; support for mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting
- Experience supporting, using technology – Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune
- Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide end-user support for mobile devices (iOS, Android) including smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications
- Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
- Strong troubleshooting methodology skills
- Must be able to document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately
- Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred
- Excellent documentation, writing skills
- Experience with Client desired
