What You'll Do
- Install underground utility infrastructure, including fiber optic, electric, water, and utility systems
- Assist with directional drilling and underground construction projects
- Load, unload, inspect, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
- Drive commercial vehicles and transport equipment to job sites (CDL preferred)
- Operate construction equipment after training and qualification
- Support crews in completing projects safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship
- Travel to project sites throughout the region as needed
- Work outdoors in a physically active, team-oriented environment
- Follow company safety policies and help maintain a strong safety culture

- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Construction, underground utility, excavation, directional drilling, or heavy equipment experience
- Experience towing trailers or hauling equipment
- Experience operating construction equipment
