Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is hiring for a part-time/student worker for the role of Undergraduate Research Peer Mentor working in our STEM Center of Excellence. This position serves as a vital link between EMCC students and the college's Undergraduate Research Experience (URE) program, playing a key role in supporting this program and other experiential learning initiatives across campus.

Essential Functions
60% - Provide peer mentorship and direct support to students participating in the URE program or who are interested in the Undergraduate Research or experiential learning.
20% - Greet students and log students in and out for center usage; provides clerical assistance; performs data entry.
20% - Assist with classroom presentations, support workshops, and outreach about experiential learning, and may be involved in supporting campus tours and other campus promotional efforts and other student success activities.
