Serve as an undergraduate research assistant on the project: Circumnutation Studies in Arabidopsis.
Cultivate and maintain plant health and test plant movement under different environmental conditions using time lapse and analyze the movie data.
Student will be responsible for caring for plants in the lab and with lab upkeep. Duties will include germinating, growing and harvesting plants. This will involve tasks such as working with soil, watering plants, assisting with experiments being conducted in the lab, typically using time-lapse on plants. Student will also help with data acquisition and analysis. Student may also be asked to help with development and maintenance of the lab web page.

Exact schedule to be determined with the supervisor. The student will work 5-8 hours per week, with hours distributed weekly to ensure regular paychecks throughout the academic year 2026-2027.
