Nature & Purpose of Position

The Department of Physical Therapy is hiring 2 undergraduate hourly research assistants for a state-funded study on falls prevention. Assistants will work with faculty and the project manager on screening, intervention and community outreach activities. This is a part time position with flexible scheduling around classes.

Other Requirements for the Position

Prefer an undergraduate in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Sciences or related major; reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable working with older adults; and able to travel to local community sites. Prior research, clinical or community health experience; CITI human subjects training (can be completed after hired); and Spanish language proficiency.
