Unarmed Security Officer
Location: Waterford, Ohio
Pay Rate: $15.41 per hour
Schedule:
- Friday & Saturday | 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- Sunday & Monday | 4:00PM-12:00AM
Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Unarmed Security Officer to provide overnight and evening security coverage at an industrial manufacturing site. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times. On-site safety is extremely important and is a top priority for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure site safety and security
- Control access and verify authorization of personnel and vehicles
- Observe, report, and document any safety hazards, incidents, or suspicious activity
- Enforce site safety rules and security procedures
- Provide a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and safety-related incidents
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior security or related experience preferred, but not required
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to pass an MVR check
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain an Ohio Security Guard Card
- Must be reliable, alert, and able to work assigned shifts
