We are currently seeking full-time and part-time unarmed security professionals for current and upcoming opportunities throughout the East Bay and surrounding communities.
Opportunities include sites in El Cerrito, Oakland, Pleasanton, and Vallejo. Tell us your preferred schedule and commute range so we can consider you for a location that fits.
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on the assigned position and site
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
Shifts: Early morning, daytime, and afternoon/evening schedules
Availability: Weekday and weekend opportunities vary by site
License: Active California Guard Card required
What You'll Do
Maintain a visible, professional security presence
Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas
Monitor entrances, exits, and designated access points
Observe and report suspicious activity and safety concerns
Support a safe environment for employees, visitors, and customers
Complete clear and accurate incident reports
Follow site-specific procedures and post orders
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
What We're Looking For
We are looking for dependable, observant professionals who communicate clearly, exercise sound judgment, and take pride in providing excellent service.
Previous security, retail loss prevention, military, or relevant public-facing experience is preferred. Experience requirements may vary by assignment.
Candidates must hold an active California Guard Card, have reliable transportation to their assigned location, and be comfortable standing and walking throughout their shift.
Some assignments follow an alternating two-week schedule. We will review the full schedule and site requirements with you before moving forward.

Job Requirement
Military service OR 1 year of retail loss prevention experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid CA Guard Card or willing to get one quickly.
No more than 3 employers in the last 6 years.
No employment gaps beyond 6 months.
Oral Drug Testing.
Background check screening.
Good English communication skills.
