    Overview:

    Chenega Naswik International, LLC is seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Guards to support security operations in Mobile, Alabama. This position plays a critical role in protecting personnel, facilities, property, and assets through access control, patrol operations, surveillance monitoring, security screening, and force protection activities. 

    • The ideal candidate is observant, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role offers the opportunity to support mission-critical operations, interact with government personnel and the public, and contribute directly to the security and protection of facilities and resources. 

     

    *This position is offering a sign on bonus of $1,500 along with a referral bonus of $1,250. Bonuses to be paid out after the first 90 days of employment.*

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform unarmed security services in accordance with established policies and procedures. 

    • Conduct interior, exterior, and perimeter patrols to identify and deter security threats and suspicious activity. 

    • Monitor and control access to facilities, personnel, visitors, and contractors. 

    • Perform visitor screening and access control functions. 

    • Monitor security alarms, emergency notification systems, and surveillance equipment. 

    • Operate and monitor Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems. 

    • Identify and report security hardware deficiencies, including broken locks, doors, cameras, alarms, and communication equipment. 

    • Support force protection and physical security initiatives. 

    • Conduct security screenings utilizing handheld screening devices and walk-through metal detectors. 

    • Respond to emergencies and provide assessment, assistance, and incident coordination as required. 

    • Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and inspection documentation. 

    • Observe, document, and report suspicious activities, violations, and security concerns. 

    • Perform other duties as assigned. 

    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 

    • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant security experience. 

    • Must successfully meet U.S. Army Physical Agility Test (PAT) standards. 

    • Must successfully pass a medical examination in accordance with AR 190-56 standards. 

    • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. 

    • Ability to read, interpret, and apply written policies, procedures, and detailed instructions. 

    • Ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports. 

    • Ability to interact professionally with the public, employees, contractors, and government personnel. 

    • Certified to carry oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray. 

    • Possess a current Alabama Security Guard License. 

    • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. 

    • Must successfully pass all required background screening requirements. 

     

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government facilities. 

    • Prior military, law enforcement, or force protection experience. 

    • Experience conducting access control, patrol operations, and security screenings. 

    • Experience monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, or security technologies. 

    • Experience responding to emergencies and security incidents. 

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

    • Knowledge of physical security principles, force protection requirements, and access control procedures. 

    • Knowledge of Department of Defense security operations and security best practices. 

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. 

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

    • Ability to maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational documentation. 

    • Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

    • Ability to recognize and respond to security concerns and emergencies. 

    • Ability to interact professionally with visitors, contractors, employees, and government personnel. 

    • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and operational directives. 

    • Commitment to professionalism, customer service, and mission success.
