Unarmed Security Guard

Sentry Force Security is seeking dependable, professional, and observant Unarmed Security Guards to help maintain a safe and secure environment at our business location in Emporia, NC.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to follow security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property and maintain a visible security presence.

• Conduct patrols and observe activity for suspicious behavior or safety concerns.

• Monitor access to designated areas and verify visitors as required.

• Enforce site-specific policies and follow established post orders.

• Respond appropriately to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.

• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.

• Communicate concerns promptly to supervisors and management.

• Maintain professional interactions with employees, visitors, and the public.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred but not required.

• Strong observation, communication, and customer service skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.

• Ability to follow written instructions and established security procedures.

• Must successfully complete applicable company screening and onboarding requirements.
