What you will enjoy doing*

• Research unapplied cash not resolved by cash applications
• Interact with outside customers and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
• You will escalate unresolved issues to appropriate parties for timely resolution
• Perform daily tasks to support the team in meeting service levels and goals
• You are expected to ensure quality and procedural standards are met in cash application research
• Manipulate files and work within the JD Edwards system to reconcile with external sources
• You will prepare and maintain accurate reporting related to cash applications
• Take responsibility for accurate reporting and timely processing of refunds to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies

What makes you great

• You hold a high School Diploma or GED required; business degree preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet individual and team deadlines
• You have experience working with JD Edwards and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
• You are dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Adaptable to change and able to manage evolving work demands
