As a 1st Forklift Operator, you'll be an essential part of the Load Breakdown department by safely handling materials, supporting inventory management, and keeping operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate order fulfillment.

What You'll Do
As a 1st Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Operating forklifts to safely load and unload materials throughout the warehouse
• Pulling orders using tablets and scanners, ensuring inventory accuracy
• Managing inventory by reporting shortages or discrepancies promptly
• Packaging and stocking products to maintain organization and accessibility
• Receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming inventory, including counting, labeling, and verification
• Climbing small ladders as necessary to access elevated storage areas

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Comfort with computers and familiarity with warehouse management systems (experience with NetSuite WMS is a plus)
• The physical ability to bend, twist, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
