Job Title: Echo Tech/ Ultrasound Technologist

Location: Rockville Centre, NY 

Duration: 1 months with possible contract extensions

Schedule: Variable shift times, 9a-5p or 10a-6p (Monday – Friday)

What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible as to what tasks will be conducted on a daily basis):The candidate will be required to perform high quality adult echocardiograms in a professional and timely manner. The candidate will use their years of experience and training to assist the cardiologist in making medical decisions for each encountered patient. Candidate will need to have a strong record of timeliness and reliability to report for their work shifts

Must have qualifications/experience: Yes, work experience is required.

What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart? Schedule flexibility, patient compassion and work history.

Type of certification required: RDCS or RCS

Dress code/scrub color: Navy blue or Black

Is travel required for this role? If yes, when and how often? No, travel is not required.

Will work take place in a patient's home? No

What type of interview process is preferred? Initial interview will be by phone, secondary interview will be an in person scanning interview.
