Join our Radiology team as an Ultrasound Technologist, where youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging and compassionate patient care. This position supports our physicians, patients, and department operations while upholding the mission and values of Kossuth Regional Health Center.

What Youll Do

• Perform ultrasound and other radiologic procedures as ordered by physicians
• Provide safe, professional, and compassionate patient care
• Communicate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality exams
• Manage and maintain imaging and information systems (PACS, HIS, RIS)
• Assist with scheduling, phone coverage, documentation, & departmental support tasks
• Support students and participate in quality improvement, Lean initiatives, & training
• Maintain patient confidentiality, safety standards, & a clean, organized work environment
• Respond to emergencies & support department & hospital operations as needed

What Were Looking For:

• Graduate of an AMA-Approved Radiologic Technology Program
• Current ARRT registration and Iowa permits required
• ARDMS certification (abdomen, OB, vascular, breast) or actively pursuing
• Strong computer, communication, organization, and time-management skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and service excellence
