Job Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage on-site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and project reports.

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience managing ultra luxury residential construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
