Key Skills:

• Completed UKG Pro WFM Certification
• Minimum 8+ years industry experience in working with UKG WFM.
• Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support.
• UKG Boomi experience and Certification also mandate
• Should interact and gather requirements from business.
• Strong configuration knowledge on various UKG modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
• Possess in depth experience in Interface Development.
• Developing and testing the configurations in Pro WFM.
• Must have experience in UKG Boomi Components, Connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations Experience in creating data views.
• Knowledge on creating Cross reference tables.
• Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and or services to enhance clients operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to tailor communication types and styles to audience.
