UKG Techno functional (EZcall) consultant

• Should have at least 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Kronos WFC / WFD (UKG Pro WFM) Applications.
• Hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to UKG Pro WFM & UKG EZCALL Applications.
• Should have healthcare domain knowledge.
• Candidate should have experience in UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM).
• The candidate will be primarily responsible for creating the Business Requirements Document (BRD), high-level design artifacts as well as detailed solution design, validating requirements with product offerings,
• Working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests.
• They will interface with key stakeholders and apply their Kronos domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and design.
• Good experience in UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM) with functional expertise in EZCall, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals and Attendance modules.
• Knowledge on other UKG products is an added advantage
