What your future day will look like:
Provide day-to-day administration and support of the UKG HRIS platform.
Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance and continuity.
Manage benefits administration and respond to employee questions as needed.
Support core HR transactions such as onboarding, terminations, and employee record updates.
Maintain stability and continuity during a team transition and acquisition period.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth handoff until a permanent hire is in place.
Benefits offered: Weekly pay through Godshall.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Proven, hands-on experience working within UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems
Strong background in payroll processing and benefits administration
Solid understanding of general HR operations and employee lifecycle support
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote consulting environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy during transition periods
