Job Summary
Align HCM is seeking an experienced UKG Activities System Consultant to join our UKG practice on a contract basis. In this specialized role, you will lead and support the implementation of the UKG Pro Workforce Management Activities module for clients. You will guide clients from requirements gathering through go-live, configuring the Activities solution to automate and reconcile paid time to labor, deliver real-time visibility into productivity performance, and integrate seamlessly with ERP, payroll, and downstream systems.
