Title: UI/UX Interaction Designer

Salary Range: $40- $45 an hour on W2/C2C

" Must have demonstrated experience creating interactive prototypes with Figma Make and/or other AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot.
" Must have demonstrated experience with designing enterprise level software applications with highly complex rules and workflows. Ability to build rapport with development team and facilitate handoff.

Role Descriptions: Detail-oriented UXUI Developer who can translate business requirements into intuitive| visually appealing| and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development skills combined with an excellent understanding of user experience design principles.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience Interface DesignCreate user-centered designs through wireframes| prototypes| user flows| and mock-ups.Conduct user research| usability testing| and gather feedback to improve designs.Ensure design consistency across web and mobile platforms.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into effective UI solutions.Front-End DevelopmentDevelop responsive| high-quality interfaces using HTML5| CSS3| JavaScript| and modern frameworks.Implement UI components using React| Angular| or Vue.js (as required by the project).Optimize applications for maximum speed| performance| and cross-browser compatibility.CollaborationWork closely with UX designers| backend developers| and QA teams for smooth integration.Participate in design reviews| sprint planning| and agile ceremonies.Communicate design decisions effectively with technical and non-technical teams.Brand StandardsMaintain and enhance UI design systems| component libraries| and style guides.Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.Required Skills ExperienceStrong experience in UX UI design| wireframing| and prototyping using tools such as Figma| Adobe XD| Sketch| or InVision.Proficiency in HTML| CSS| JavaScript| and at least one major front-end framework (ReactAngularVue).Understanding of responsive design| grid systems| and modern UI patterns.Experience with user research| persona development| and usability testing.
