Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, including ownership of complex, end-to-end initiatives
• Expert-level Figma, prototyping, and interaction design skills
• Sharp visual design skills — typography, layout, color, spacing, and attention to detail
• Experience building and contributing to design systems
• A track record leading user research and usability testing, and turning insights into decisions
• Strong grasp of Design Thinking methodologies
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain design rationale to any audience and influence across teams without formal authority
• A portfolio showing senior-level impact: the problem, your process, and measurable outcomes

Nice to have

• Native mobile design experience
• Experience with complex, workflow-heavy tools for professional/expert users
• Background in inventory or sales-enablement tooling
• Experience in automotive, fintech, or other regulated/trust-sensitive domains
• Agile development experience
• Experience designing conversational or agentic AI interfaces
• Experience using AI tools to speed up your design proces

 
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of web-based product experiences — from discovery through production handoff
• Partnering with product managers and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive, accessible experiences customers trust. 
• Operate with autonomy, ground decisions in research and business outcomes
• Help set the bar for craft across the team.
