UI/UX Designer

UI/UX DESIGNER POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to work with our fun and creative team. As a UI/UX Designer you will be working in a dynamic environment that focuses on customer and product support, software testing, and maintenance of internet-based applications. We are looking for someone to meet the demands of an environment with ever-shifting, diverse projects.
UI/UX DESIGNER CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with end customers to identify key opportunities of improvement within their organizations
- Research and make informed recommendations on technical solutions and organizational requirements
- Engage with end customers to test prototypes, collect actionable user feedback, and incorporate into ongoing designs
- Design customer-friendly reporting
- Lead meetings to promote and demo solutions to external stakeholders
- Lead discovery initiatives from end to end
- Contribute to architecture decision meetings with the other design team members, software vendors, or other channels required to offer high-impact, cost-effective solutions for our customers
- Ability to travel up to 2 weeks/quarter for face-to-face meetings with non-local customers, as needed
UI/UX DESIGNER EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of UI/UX design experience
- Competency in designing/developing illustrative UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes
- Familiarity with some of the following front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, React
- Certification or degree in UI/UX preferred

UI/UX DESIGNER COMPENSATION
- Expected salary (based on experience): $70,000 - $85,000 DOE
- Annual performance-based bonus pay
