About the Role:

Matrix Systems & Technologies Inc is looking for a talented UI Path Test Automation Engineer with MBI Clearance to join our team in Bowie, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation solutions in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath RPA platform
Execute automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance
Identify, document, and track software defects through the full defect lifecycle
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test requirements
Perform regression, integration, and system testing across multiple environments
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test coverage and quality metrics
Continuously improve test automation frameworks and best practices

Requirements:

Active MBI (Moderate Background Investigation) clearance required
Hands-on experience with UiPath automation development and testing
Proficiency in test automation frameworks, scripting, and QA methodologies
Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum development processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working in a government or federal contracting environment preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
UiPath Certified Associate certification

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
