<\/p> We are seeking a UI Designer to
join Software team and play a key role in building SWFTx, a next -generation
clinical patient management system. This role focuses on translating complex
clinical workflows into intuitive, user -centered interfaces by producing
high -fidelity UI designs and prototypes in close partnership with product,
development, and clinical operations teams.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Design high -fidelity screen
prototypes and UI specifications for SWFTx features and workflows.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Collaborate with product
managers, developers, and clinical operations stakeholders to understand
requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Create wireframes, user flows,
interaction designs, and clickable prototypes using Figma.<\/u><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Develop and maintain a
consistent design system, including components, patterns, and style
guidelines.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Conduct user research and
usability testing with internal operations staff to validate designs and identify
improvement opportunities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Iterate on designs based on
feedback from stakeholders, users, and development constraints.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Partner with the existing Lead
UI / Figma designer to ensure design consistency and shared best practices.<\/span><\/span>

hand off specifications to development teams.<\/span><\/span>
