Job Description: Job Title: UAT/QE Lead

Location: Can be Remote, but Hybrid to Newark, NJ preferred.

Duration: thru 4/30/2027 extension possible

W2 Rate :$40/hr

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Own the business-facing UAT phase in pre-production. Set the UAT strategy with the Technology & Product team
  • Be the quality bridge between business and delivery. Turn Product requirements into real test scenarios, run stakeholder walkthroughs and defect triage, and lock down UAT readiness (test data, environment stability, onboarding).
  • Establish program-wide quality gates for UAT and release, providing Consultant Go/No-Go assurance to program leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team, setting objectives, driving capability uplift (including fully leveraging AI tools like Claude), and owning resource and capacity planning across the QA team.Ensure end-to-end traceability and QA compliance across requirements, test cases, defects, and releases to satisfy internal audit and regulatory obligations.
