Job Description

We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UAT and production support, test environment coordination, and application/infrastructure operations and a proven ability to prepare and maintain UAT environments, coordinate multi-team releases, and ensure reliable deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple testing efforts across six UAT environments.
• Initiate and track data refresh requests with the DBA team.
• Perform application and infrastructure monitoring, including health checks.
• Execute post-production release code deployments to all UAT environments.
• Perform code deployments and job execution as scheduled.
• Process and manage access requests for UAT users and service IDs.
• Oversee and coordinate UAT infrastructure change requests.
• Collaborate with Development, DBA, and Quartz teams to resolve UAT issues.
• Manage SSL certificate renewals on all UAT servers.
• Administer service IDs, including password resets and compliance attestation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Application Support or PROD/UAT support.
• Application testing in multi-environment UAT settings.
• Basic Python scripting and understanding of the language.
• Shell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
• Database experience with Sybase or Oracle; Sailfish or DB2 exposure.
• Job scheduling experience with AutoSys.
• Ability to incorporate AI tools to improve day-to-day efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with environment management across multiple UAT lanes.
• Familiarity with SSL/TLS lifecycle and certificate management.
