The UAL Summer Associate makes sure all guests receive outstanding service. They will create a friendly environment and provide various services. The services might include helping guests find locations within a facility, accepting deliveries or arranging taxi service. The UAL Summer Associate will also monitor the area and report security concerns. The UAL Summer Associate must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Pay: 22.04 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time schedules

Schedule Requirements:

Candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work any shift or schedule as required.

  • Direct customers toward appropriate lines and kiosks
  • Answer customers' questions
  • General lobby upkeep/tidiness
  • Be a United Brand Ambassador assisting with enhancing the customer experience, and retaining UA customers
  • Greeting customers with friendly service in the lobby, concourse or baggage claim
  • Direct customers toward appropriate line: self-serve kiosks, Premier Access, etc.
  • Introduction into corporate experiences and various aviation related departments/functions
  • Time spends in a mentorship with a member of the leadership team
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders, Ability to handle simultaneous situations and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment

Qualification:
