• Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based immigration matters.
• Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Track case progress and maintain accurate records within case management systems.
• Communicate with clients, foreign nationals, and internal stakeholders regarding case status and requirements.
• Conduct case assessments and identify immigration options based on client needs.
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations, deadlines, and internal quality standards.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates throughout the immigration process.
• Collaborate with legal and operational teams to resolve complex case issues.

A successful U.S Business Immigration Consultant should have:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in business immigration, global mobility, legal services, or a related field.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
