Responsibilities:

• What you’ll do

  • Build relationships and learn to understand each client’s needs.
  • Help individuals evaluate insurance options and make informed decisions.
  • Develop skills in consultative sales, client service, and business development.
  • Participate in training and work toward individual sales goals.
  • As you develop, pursue opportunities to learn coaching, recruiting, and team management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Word, Email programs
• Drive to be an advocate for your community
