The Learning Experience - East Brunswick is hiring a caring, energetic Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our early childhood education team!
Our two-year-old classroom is full of curiosity, creativity, and exciting developmental milestones. Were looking for someone patient, dependable, and enthusiastic about helping young children learn through play.
What Youll Do
Create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment for two-year-olds
Implement The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum through hands-on, age-appropriate activities
Support early language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Encourage independence, self-help skills, and positive peer interactions
Guide children through meals, rest time, outdoor play, and classroom transitions
Use positive behavior guidance and consistent classroom routines
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Communicate with families and collaborate with fellow teachers
Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous childcare, daycare, or preschool experience preferred, but not required
Experience with toddlers or two-year-olds is a plus
Patient, nurturing, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing and background screening requirements
