Twister Machine Operator

The Twister Operator is responsible for operating multiple twisting heads (4–10 heads depending on product) to produce high-quality materials in a fast-paced environment. We are currently seeking Twister Operators (Machine Operator) to join our manufacturing team!

We are currently seeking Twister Operators (Machine Operator) to join our manufacturing team! These are full-time opportunities with immediate interview availability. Qualified applicants can start quickly.




The Twister Operator is responsible for operating multiple twisting heads (4–10 heads depending on product) to produce high-quality materials in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Load and secure paper rolls onto twisting machines

• Thread materials through dies and attach to spools

• Operate machinery efficiently and safely

• Monitor production and splice rolls as needed

• Remove finished spools and maintain workflow

• Complete production documentation

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays

• Able to stand or walk for extended periods

• Capable of lifting 2–25 lbs regularly (up to 30 lbs occasionally)

• Strong attention to detail and safety practices

• Manufacturing experience preferred (slitter experience a plus for 2nd shift)
Work Environment
• Indoor manufacturing setting (non-climate controlled)

• Exposure to noise, moving machinery, dust, and hot/humid conditions

• Required use of PPE (hearing, eye protection, safety shoes)
