Minimum Qualifications - Active TWIC Card (Required)
- Active Texas Level II or Level III Security License
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable security experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License or State Identification
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Essential Job Requirements - Maintain continuous alertness and situational awareness while on duty.
- Remain attentive and actively monitor assigned areas throughout the entire shift.
- Conduct patrols and inspections as assigned.
- Control access by verifying employees, visitors, and contractors entering and exiting the facility.
- Accurately document incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow all post orders and company policies.
- Work effectively in an industrial environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
