Turret Punch Press Operator-- 3rd Shift

• Operate CNC-controlled Turret Punch Press equipment safely and efficiently

• Set up punches and dies in turret including alignment and locking procedures

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure dimensional accuracy

• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools

• Verify finished part dimensions and identify defects before next production stage

• Load and position raw material manually, with crane, forklift, or pallet jack

• Maintain part consistency through in-line quality checks

• Adjust tooling and machine settings as needed to maintain tolerances

• Support material movement and workflow within production

• Maintain safe, organized work environment and follow established safety standards
