Turnkey CNC Manufacturing Integration Engineer
Join us to architect production‑ready CNC and automation systems that set new benchmarks for speed, repeatability, and quality. Your mission: compress cycle time, raise throughput, and harden processes so they run right—every time.
Your Mandate
- Own CNC process creation: program, prove‑out, and optimize for robust, repeatable production.
- Author and refine CNC programs in Mastercam and other CAM platforms; develop toolpaths and posts.
- Design machining strategies, cutting parameters, tooling, workholding, and fixtures.
- Lift existing process performance—cycle time, OEE, tool life, quality—through data‑driven improvements.
- Deliver turnkey machining and automation solutions from concept through production release.
- Execute and support machine prove‑outs, run‑offs, installations, and customer acceptance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues: part quality, tool wear, chatter, dimensional variation, chip control, machine performance.
- Partner with CNC programmers, machinists, controls engineers, automation techs, and customers to remove constraints.
- Standardize processes and produce clear documentation for production use.
- Select cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding; define strategies for new parts and families.
- Mine production data to surface improvement and cost‑reduction opportunities.
- Integrate CNC assets with robotics, automated material handling, and manufacturing systems.
- Support commissioning and production launches for machines and automated cells.
- Plan and run tests; capture results, lessons learned, and provide recommendations.
- Provide on‑site troubleshooting and optimization support when needed.
- Continuously scan advancements in machining, tooling, CAM, and best practices.
