SUBSTITUTE BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. Valid Washington State Driver's license and State/FBI background clearance required. Two years of experience in one or more of the following skilled trades is preferred: carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, low voltage, and/or refrigeration. Scissor lift operator's certification is desired, or ability to obtain.
SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds and direction of the Maintenance Coordinator, serve as a member of the district building maintenance team on an as needed basis; performing routine tasks necessary to the preparation, maintenance and repair of the district buildings and utilities. Performs a wide variety of routine and preventative building maintenance duties.
