As a Tuition Consultant at TP Tutors, you play a pivotal role in connecting local authority services, educational institutions, and tutors to enhance the tuition experience for all children and young people.
Prior experience in this field is not a prerequisite; what matters most is your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn as well as your exceptional communication and your ability to build relationships.

If you decide to take on this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Matching new candidates and transition existing candidates to work as tutors.
  • Liaising with our clients to structure tuition programmes in line with their requirements.
  • Marketing and selling tuition services to relevant new and using clients in an allocated geographical area
  • Ensuring all areas of the business are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards and values.
  • Ensuring that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are always maintained in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and also in line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines.

If you are a highly motivated lifelong learner, commercially aware with account management experience or consultative sales and relationship building as part of your repertoire you will excel in our team.

We are looking for people:

  • Driven by a passion for the transformative power of education and tuition and mentoring, regardless of your prior experience in the field.
  • Able to identify talent and effectively align individuals with suitable tuition programmes.
  • With exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
  • Able to engage with multiple stakeholders, schools and local authorities and excel in both verbal and written communication.
  • With a project management approach and can logically navigate through various stages of tasks, plan, execute, and follow up.
  • Who exhibit curiosity and a desire to listen, gaining insights into people's backgrounds, needs, and goals.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
