Required Experience & Qualifications

  Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or metal fabrication experience preferred

  Experience operating tube rolling or similar industrial equipment is a plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operate tube rolling equipment to form and process metal tubing according to production requirements.

Prepare, position, and feed tube materials into rolling machinery.

Monitor equipment operation and make adjustments according to established work instructions.

Measure and inspect completed tubing to ensure proper dimensions, shape, and quality.

Identify material defects, equipment concerns, or production discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.

Load, unload, and organize materials to maintain efficient production workflow.

Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely as required.

Maintain clean and organized work areas while following all company safety procedures.

Assist with additional manufacturing and fabrication responsibilities as assigned.

Tube Rolling & Machine Operation

Candidates will work with industrial tube rolling equipment used to shape and process metal tubing.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, monitoring rolling operations, and ensuring finished products meet applicable specifications.

Previous tube rolling experience is valuable, but candidates with related manufacturing or machine-operating experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong attention to measurement accuracy and safe equipment operation is essential.

Quality Control & Material Handling

Inspect rolled tubing for dimensional accuracy, visible defects, and overall quality.

Move and organize materials throughout the production area while maintaining safe handling practices.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This is a physically active position in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and positioning metal materials as required.

Work involves regular exposure to tube rolling equipment, industrial machinery, metal materials, and production operations.
