Steel Tube – General laborLocation: Twinsburg
  Shift: 3rd shift: (Sun- Thurs 10: 00pm-6: 00am)
  Pay: $18.50  Job Summary:  We are seeking a dependable and motivated Tube Recut Helper to join our manufacturing team.   This position supports the tube recut operation by accurately preparing, measuring, cutting, packaging, and securing steel tubing according to work orders.  The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hand tools and manufacturing equipment.  Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand work orders, including packaging specifications and production requirements.
  • Measure tubing accurately using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
  • Assist with recutting steel tubing to customer specifications.
  • Operate a nail gun, table saw, and banding equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Package finished products according to work order instructions.
  • Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Label, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with other production duties as assigned.
  Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and basic production documents.
  • Experience using or willingness to learn micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
  • Ability to safely operate a nail gun, table saw, and banding equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift.
  • Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
