Pay Rate: $21.00 - $30.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, precision measurements, and quality-focused manufacturing. We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience who are eager to learn and grow. Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience

Experience Requirements

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to use calipers, tape measures, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine components

Job Duties

• Set up and operate tube manufacturing equipment
• Produce and assemble finished tube components
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform light machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures
• Operate RTTS and aluminum tube machines
• Assist with training team members as needed
• Support other production departments when qualified
• Maintain accurate production records
• Travel domestically or internationally when required for projects
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for extended periods on concrete floors
• Work in warm manufacturing environments, especially during summer months
• Handle paints, oils, solvents, and industrial materials safely
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for production work

What You Will Do

As a Tube Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
