About the Role
Develop the Team. Elevate Performance. Strengthen the Mission.
Culmen International is building a nationwide talent pipeline of experienced Training Managers to lead screening workforce training at future TSA Screening Partnership Program (SPP) airport locations throughout the United States.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced training and security professionals who are passionate about developing high-performing teams, strengthening operational readiness, and creating a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
As a Training Manager, you will lead the airport's screening training program and oversee Security Training Instructors (STIs), Assistant Training Instructors (ATIs), OJT coaches, and the processes that support effective training delivery. You will help ensure screening personnel successfully complete required training, certification, recurrent training, remediation, and professional development while supporting the operational needs of a dynamic airport environment.
Build the Training Program Behind Mission Success
Strong screening operations start with a well-trained, prepared, and confident workforce. As a TSA SPP Training Manager with Culmen International, you will have the opportunity to lead the programs and people responsible for building that readiness.
You'll connect training with real-world operational needs, develop instructors and coaches, identify opportunities to strengthen performance, and help ensure screening personnel have the knowledge and preparation needed to succeed.
If you are an experienced training leader who excels at bringing together people, performance, compliance, and operational readiness, we want to hear from you.
Join Culmen International's nationwide talent pipeline and bring your training leadership to a mission where developing people strengthens the entire operation.
