Trusts & Estates Attorney: Private Client and Probate Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in St. Petersburg

Our client, a respected Pinellas County firm, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its St. Petersburg office. The practice advises individuals, families, and fiduciaries on estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, and related disputes.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the downtown St. Petersburg office and home.

What You'll Do

• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related planning documents
• Guide fiduciaries through probate and trust administration
• Assist with trust and estate disputes, including guardianship and contested probate matters
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and family offices
• Meet with clients to understand their goals and explain planning options

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of trusts and estates, estate planning, or probate experience
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent client communication skills
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus
